- Assess Farsi, Dari, Pashto, and Urdu content for potential intelligence value.
- Engage with individuals in target-language online environments on behalf of the program.
- Develop and implement messaging strategies across target-language social media and information environments.
- Analyze OSINT from social media and other online sources.
- Evaluate the validity and relevance of collected content.
- Write long-form analytical reports for distribution to multiple stakeholders.
- Native proficiency in Farsi, Dari, Pashto, and Urdu.
- Advanced professional English writing skills.
- At least 4 years of experience writing grammatically and culturally appropriate target-language content independently.
- At least 4 years of academic or professional experience focused on political or security issues in the target region.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting a government customer.
- Strong familiarity with traditional and social media in the target language, including trends, key personalities, political dynamics, and current events.
- Experience using the target language in an Intelligence Community, Information Operations, or OSINT mission set.
- Proficiency with databases and open-source technology tools.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- HUMINT, targeting, cybersecurity, data science, or programming experience preferred.
- Annual salary range of $100,000–$125,000.
