Commercial Lines Account Executive

Sky Water Search has partnered with a well-established insurance brokerage that is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join their team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, servicing multi-line commercial accounts, and supporting new business while upholding exceptional service standards.

This position is fully-remote, with monthly travel to the company office in California for team meetings and must live in AZ, CA, CO, , UT, or NM.

• Serve as the primary advisor for mid-market commercial clients, providing tailored insurance solutions across multiple P&C lines.
• Partner with producers on new business development, assume management of new accounts once bound, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Lead marketing efforts for renewals, evaluate coverage alternatives, and identify opportunities to round out accounts.
• Build and maintain strong carrier relationships to support timely and competitive placements.
• Provide leadership within the team and foster a collaborative, client-focused environment. Ensure accurate, thorough use of AMS
  360 for all client documentation.
• Compensation: $105 - 115k/year + incentives

• 15+ years of experience in servicing multi-line commercial accounts (policy review, proposals, endorsements, billing, certificates, etc.).
• Strong technical knowledge of property & casualty coverages and rating. Experience handling a generalist book of business across diverse industries.
• AMS
  360 experience is mandatory.
• Property & Casualty license required; CIC (or equivalent) preferred or willingness to pursue.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.
