The Opportunity
Our service professionals play a vital role in supporting our clients with day‑time account management, claims management, and underwriting services that ensure they have what they need to protect what matters most. Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry’s top talent to help guide and support our customers’ needs and provide them with innovative insurance solutions.
Responsibilities- Work closely with the service team to ensure all client service objectives are being met based on the HPT meeting/Hub standards
- Participate in/direct market strategy, carrier negotiations, coverage review/enhancement
- Assist the team in marketing to carriers, including negotiating best available coverage/terms
- Present/propose to key clients/new business clients with the producer or independently as required
- Review policies for possible coverage improvements and/or removal of potential coverage limiting endorsements, exclusions, etc.
- Assist with audits, as necessary
- Collaborate/assist the Producer with client meetings/strategy sessions
- May oversee and direct more junior‑level team members
- Overall, assist the producer in the management of clients and policies and will help lead the team.
- 7+ years of related commercial insurance experience within a brokerage environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Holds an insurance license in good standing
- Effectively interacts with all levels within the organization
- Computer proficient with MS Office, Outlook, agency management systems (Epic preferred)
- Required "soft skills": efficient time management, organization, customer service, high initiative, team‑oriented and high attention to detail

The expected salary range for this position is $- $ and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
