Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Jr. Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish-speaking Jr. Administrative Assistant to support an employee survey program at a hotel in Los Angeles, California. This is a contract position focused on helping team members complete an electronic survey in a smooth and organized setting. The person in this role will provide front-line assistance in a training room environment, answer basic questions, and ensure employees feel comfortable using the computers during the survey process.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome employees as they arrive for the survey and provide clear directions on how to begin the electronic process.
• Monitor computers in the designated survey room to keep stations organized, accessible, and ready for use.
• Offer bilingual support in Spanish and English to assist employees who need help navigating the survey system.
• Troubleshoot routine technical or user issues during survey sessions and escalate concerns when needed.
• Maintain an orderly flow of participants so the survey experience remains efficient and positive.
• Communicate professionally with hotel staff and survey participants while representing the assignment with courtesy and discretion.
• Track basic participation activity and report any recurring issues or room needs to the appropriate on-site contact.
