Role Description
As a Litigation Associate at our firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial litigation practice. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, requiring both legal expertise and practical skills to navigate complex cases effectively.
Legal Research and AnalysisYou will be expected to conduct thorough legal research on various issues related to our cases. This includes analyzing statutes, regulations, case law, and other relevant legal sources to support our arguments and strategies. Your research will be instrumental in developing case theories, identifying potential legal issues, and formulating effective litigation strategies.
Drafting and Document PreparationA significant portion of your work will involve drafting and reviewing legal documents. This includes preparing pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and correspondence.
