Complex Litigation Associate Attorney

Salary range: $235,000 - $390,000 annually (based on year of classification).
Location: Los Angeles Office. Must be barred in California.

We are seeking a lateral associate with 2-6 years of experience at a large national law firm, preferably with experience in civil litigation and/or white collar litigation and related investigations. Candidates should have superior academic credentials, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong track record of working in a top litigation department.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience at a large national firm (maximum 6 years).
• Prior experience conducting internal investigations on behalf of special board committees is beneficial, but not required.
• Past practice in civil litigation and/or white‑collar investigations.
• JD from an accredited law school and transcripts required for consideration.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
