EDiscovery Senior Litigation Paralegal

Join AGG Legal Staffing as a Senior Litigation and eDiscovery Paralegal in our Los Angeles office. This role involves supporting our litigation team across three California-based offices, managing complex litigation matters, and specializing in eDiscovery processes.

• Manage all aspects of high-profile litigation from inception to trial, including supervising support teams, court filings, and discovery protocols.
• Assist attorneys in depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials, providing comprehensive trial support.
• Handle eDiscovery tasks such as case creation, document collection, organization, review, redaction, and privilege logging.
• Implement and support document review workflows, apply analytics tools like ECA and TAR, and maintain discovery databases.
• Travel and overtime flexibility required; 1,600 billable hours annually.

• Preferably 10 years’ experience as an eDiscovery paralegal in complex litigation and team management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Proficiency with Relativity, Court Alert, Opus2, Trial Director/OnCue;
  Relativity certification is a plus.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Experience in commercial real estate and construction litigation is advantageous but not mandatory.
