• Represent clients in court: hearings, trials, and negotiations
• Manage your own caseload from start to finish—with backup when needed
• Draft persuasive motions and prepare compelling legal defenses
• Collaborate directly with firm leadership on case strategy
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, courts and staff

Qualifications:

QualificationsFluent in Spanish (Required)2–5 years of experience in criminal defenseProven trial experience —you’ve led or co-led courtroom trials
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Strong advocacy, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to operate independently and take direction when appropriate Compensation: $10,000 + per month based on experience & performance
