Litigation Associate (3+ Years)
Newhouse Noblin is seeking a California-licensed Litigation Associate to join a sophisticated litigation practice with a strong emphasis on law & motion. This role offers a compelling mix of litigation and advisory work, with meaningful responsibility, client exposure, and the opportunity to work on complex employment-related matters.
Ideal for attorneys who enjoy:- Heavy research, writing, and motion practice
- Developing strategy and taking ownership of matters
- Working on sophisticated employment litigation issues
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Strong law & motion practice (MSJs, demurrers, discovery motions)
- Drafting pleadings, discovery, and briefs
- Experience arguing motions (preferred)
- Exposure to wage & hour, PAGA, or employment-related matters (a plus)
- Depositions and administrative hearings (helpful, not required)
- National platform with sophisticated matters
- Hybrid flexibility and strong support structure
