The personal injury demand writer plays a critical role in pre‑litigation and litigation case development by preparing persuasive, well‑structured demand letters that clearly articulate liability, injuries, damages, and settlement justification. This role requires exceptional writing ability, critical thinking, and the ability to translate complex facts and medical records into compelling legal narratives.

You will work closely with attorneys, case managers, and clients to ensure each demand package is complete, accurate, and strategically positioned for negotiation. If you want to further your legal career, we want to hear from you.

• Draft, edit, and finalize demand letters for personal injury cases, ensuring each is tailored to the specific facts and injuries involved.
• Present the legal and factual basis of each claim clearly and persuasively, using a strong narrative structure.
• Ensure all arguments are supported by evidence, medical documentation, and applicable case facts.

• Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills
• Must have 3-5 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer, preferably in a personal injury law firm
• Talented verbal communicator and writer

• Exceptional legal writing and editing skills.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize medical records and complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
• Understanding of personal injury law, damages, and pre‑litigation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
• Experience with case management software preferred.
