Large, Full-Service Los Angeles Firm Seeks Litigation Paralegal

About Firm & Position:

Established full-service firm with 22 attorneys in its Los Angeles office (and growing) seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support employment and business litigation matters. The firm offers the resources and infrastructure of a larger platform while maintaining a close-knit, collaborative culture. This Litigation Paralegal will work in a 3:1 desk supporting multiple attorneys handling sophisticated state and federal matters.

Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:

· Prepare and file pleadings in state and federal courts

· Manage calendaring and deadlines using Compulaw

· Coordinate scheduling for depositions, mediations, and hearings

· Draft and prepare discovery

· Assist with trial, deposition, and mediation preparation

· Format and finalize legal documents

· Track billable time (no set requirement)

Hours:

40-hour work week (8:00 a.m.

-5:00 p.m. with 1-hour lunch)

Salary:

$85,000-$115,000 (DOE)

Medical, dental, and vision (effective first of the month following hire).

401(k) eligibility first of the month after start date, with annual 3% safe harbor contribution.

FSA; firm-paid life and disability insurance.

Parking reimbursement up to $125/month (nearby lot; through April 15, 2025).

$25/month gym reimbursement.

Time off (pro-rated first year): 10 days PTO, 8 sick days.

+ 5+ years of litigation experience

+ Strong background with state and federal court filings

+ Discovery experience

+ Paralegal certificate or ability to obtain attestation to bill time
