If you are a seasoned Plaintiff PI litigator who thrives in the courtroom and is ready to run cases independently, this is a strong opportunity to step into substantial responsibility.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Strong Plaintiff Personal Injury background
- Auto accident litigation experience highly preferred
- Advanced skills in:
Depositions, Discovery, Law & motion practice - Trial
Experience:
Minimum 2+ first-chair jury trials (or very close equivalent) - Must be confident in managing and running trials independently

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$250,000 – $350,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Bonuses: 10–15% of attorney fees
