Cox Castle is seeking an associate with 6+ years of sophisticated commercial real estate transactional experience. Significant experience with complex joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions is required . Candidates must have strong academic credentials and solid foundational training. Admission to the California Bar is strongly preferred.
The anticipated base salary for this position begins at $285,000, dependent upon experience and other relevant factors. This position is bonus eligible. Cox Castle also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
