Employment Law Paralegal – Plaintiff Side
Job Title: Employment Law Paralegal
Our client is a respected plaintiff-side employment law firm dedicated to advocating for employee rights across California. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities- Support attorneys in all phases of employment litigation from intake through trial
- Assist with deposition preparation and trial materials
- Maintain litigation calendars and ensure compliance with court deadlines
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (employment law strongly preferred)
- Experience handling wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or wage & hour matters
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 – $100,000
, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall skill set.
