In-House Counsel | Los Angeles, CA | Strategic Legal Partner
A dynamic and growing company based in Los Angeles is seeking an In-House Counsel to join its legal team and serve as a true business partner across the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for a law firm attorney (or current in-house counsel) looking to step into a broader, more strategic role with direct impact on company operations.
What You’ll Do:- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
- Advise leadership on risk management and compliance matters
- Support employment-related issues and internal investigations
- Partner with business teams on strategic initiatives
- Manage outside counsel when necessary
- Assist with corporate governance and regulatory matters
- 4–10 years of experience (law firm or in-house)
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience
- Experience advising internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, business-driven environment
Experience in areas such as employment, corporate/commercial transactions, privacy, or regulatory compliance is highly valued.
