Overview
Our clients, ranging from boutiques to large firms, seek Estate Planning attorneys to handle matters related to design/draft/implement estate plans and offer tax analysis and advice.
Responsibilities- Design, draft, and implement estate plans for clients; provide tax analysis and advice.
- Advise high net worth individuals and families on all aspects of their estate and tax planning.
- Experience with trust administration; participate in drafting wills and trusts.
- Real property transfers and fiduciary accounting experience preferred but not required.
- Attorney with 2 to 10+ years of experience; advising high net worth individuals and families in estate and tax planning.
- Knowledge and experience with high-net-worth estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and drafting wills and trusts.
- Experience with real property transfers and fiduciary accounting preferred but not required.
