Associate Attorney – Trial & Arbitration

This role offers hands‑on experience across individual claims, class actions, and PAGA representative actions, with direct collaboration alongside senior trial and arbitration counsel.

• Manage discovery and law and motion
• Draft and respond to discovery, motions to compel, MSJ/adjudication, and pre‑trial filings
• Conduct legal research — including AI‑assisted platforms
• Appear in court, mediations, and depositions
• Develop case strategy and maintain communication with clients
• Help manage a growing caseload of 30+ matters with guidance
• Collaborate with paralegals, clerks, and support staff

• 3–5 years of litigation experience
• Strong drafting, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent organization and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• Comfort working in a structured, fast‑paced litigation environment

• Employment law, class action, or PAGA experience
• Arbitration or trial exposure (AAA, JAMS, etc.)
• Familiarity with File Vine, Clio, Teams, Ring Central, Lexis, and PDF drafting tools
• Experience in AI‑supported research or drafting
