Entertainment (Music) Attorney - Associate (3rd-6th Year)

A highly respected law firm is seeking a talented mid-level associate to join its thriving Music & Media practice. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile transactions representing a dynamic client base, including top-tier talent, music companies, investors, and digital platforms.

In This Role, You Will:

• Lead and support cutting-edge deals across recording, publishing, catalog sales, licensing, joint ventures, sponsor ships, and AI-related matters
• Conduct detailed due diligence and draft/negotiation for M&A and financing transactions
• Counsel clients on copyright, trademark, and publicity rights within the evolving music landscape

Ideal Background:

• 3-6 years of experience in music/entertainment law (in-house or at a firm)
• California Bar in good standing
• Solid experience across music publishing, recorded music, digital licensing, and catalog sales
• Deep understanding of copyright, publicity, and trademark issues
