Title:
First-Party Property Damage Litigation Associate (Wage & Hour Exp. is a Plus)
Salary: $165-225k Plus Lucrative Bonus Structure - Aetna Medical Benefits 100% Covered by Employer.
What We Are Looking For...
- First-party property damage insurance claims, personal injury, employment law, construction defect, or asbestos litigation
- The ideal candidate would live in California (preferably Los Angeles). The role is remote, but the attorney must reside in the state where they are barred and be able to travel within the state for court events as needed.
- Candidates must have managed cases from inception through completion and be adaptable to learning a new specialization.
Education
- JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar Association
