This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Attorney located in Sherman Oaks, CA. Our law firm prides itself on being an EEO and welcome a multigenerational workforce.
The new hire will be mentored by Kenneth J. Freed himself, providing the opportunity to quickly have exposure to litigation and propel their skilled path.
Ideal candidate will have:- Knowledge of state court litigation filings and service procedures
- Knowledge of civil procedures and legal terminology
- Commercial/civil litigation experience a plus
- Skilled in Word Perfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions
- Essential forms would be helpful
- Knowledge of bankruptcy law not required but would be a bonus.
- Detail oriented
- Candidate must be within commuting distance of Sherman Oaks.
Compensation is commensurate with experience. Salary range of $100,000-$225,000/yr + no billable hour's requirement.
