Legal Secretary / Paralegal – Insurance Coverage
Hybrid position
Well-established California defense firm seeking an experienced Legal Secretary or Paralegal to support attorneys in complex insurance coverage litigation matters, including declaratory relief and bad faith actions.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Manage state and federal e-filings and litigation calendaring
- Organize policy documents and claim files
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Provide trial and case management support
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience (insurance coverage preferred)
- Strong knowledge of California court rules and deadlines
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
