Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal, located in the vibrant Arts District in Los Angeles, CA. The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys by preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and contributing to case preparation. Daily responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, managing case files, coordinating legal processes and filings, and supporting all aspects of litigation from discovery to trial.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Strong skills in Legal Research to support case strategy and preparation
- Proficiency in drafting and filing Pleadings and Motions
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced legal environment
- Familiarity with litigation processes and court procedures
- Paralegal certification and a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or a related field are highly preferred
- Experience in litigation or a law firm setting is beneficial
