Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in general employment litigation
• Licensed in good standing with California State Bar
• Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule- 3 days on-site
• Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
• Significant experience in discovery and law and motion practice
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work with multiple clients
