Paralegal

The Lemon Pros LLP is a premiere law firm located in Beverly Hills specializing in Lemon Law. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. Your expertise will help ensure the smooth operation of our law office by managing legal documents, conducting research, and assisting attorneys with case preparation.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and subpoenas
• Manage discovery processes, including document collection, review, and organization
• Maintain case files and ensure deadlines are tracked and met
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings with clients or witnesses
• Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
• Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and other materials as needed
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors under attorney direction
• Support attorneys with case preparation for settlement, trial, or appeals

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
