Litigation Paralegal

A well-established and highly regarded litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with construction defect experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-exposure matters in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys in all phases of construction defect litigation
• Draft and manage discovery (propounding and responding)
• Organize and analyze large volumes of construction documents and project files
• Coordinate inspections, expert meetings, and depositions
• Prepare deposition summaries and trial binders
• Assist with trial preparation and court filings (state and federal)
• Manage case calendars and deadlines

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of construction defect litigation experience
• Strong understanding of California civil procedure and discovery rules
• Experience handling complex, multi-party cases
• eDiscovery experience required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
