About the Role
We’re hiring a Bilingual Spanish Legal Assistant to support a busy immigration legal team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment. If you are fluent in Spanish and English, worked with Immigration Law and comfortable working with clients and documents, we encourage you to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with clients in Spanish and English
- Assist with documents, forms, and case organization
- Track appointments, deadlines, and case milestones
- Upload and manage files in a digital case system
- Support attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day tasks
- Help ensure cases move forward smoothly and on time
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and digital files
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office
- Professional, client-focused mindset
- Immigration Law Experience
