Case Manager​/Paralegal; MASS TORTS

We are a established Personal Injury firm based in Beverly Hills.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Case Manager/Paralegal to support our Sexual Abuse mass tort practice. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience who is comfortable managing a high-volume caseload, reviewing records, and working closely with clients in sensitive matters.

• Assist in managing a high-volume mass tort caseload.
• Review legal and medical records and identify relevant case facts
• Maintain organized and accurate case documentation
• Communicate with clients with empathy and professionalism
• Track deadlines and assist with case development under attorney supervision

• 2+ years of experience as a legal case manager, legal assistant, or paralegal (mass tort experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of mass tort litigation processes and high-volume case management
• Experience reviewing legal records and medical records
• Ability to manage sensitive client matters with discretion and professionalism
• High attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines
