Real Estate Attorney - Transactions & Development (Los Angeles | Remote in CA)

A well-established firm focused on real estate law is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its Los Angeles-based practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions who enjoys sophisticated deal work and direct client interaction. The position offers the opportunity to handle high-quality matters in a collaborative environment with room to grow your practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a real estate attorney seeking meaningful transactional work with flexibility and long-term growth potential. While the role cab be remote, candidates must reside in California and have substantial California real estate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing
• Advise on real estate investment, development, and related transactional matters
• Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements
• Represent landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions
• Counsel clients on environmental regulations, zoning, and permitting requirements
• Manage transactions from inception through closing

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Background in real estate financing, investment, leasing, and purchase/sale agreements
• Experience with development matters strongly preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage matters independently
• Active California Bar license in good standing
