With a growing presence in Century City, our client is seeking a talented Business Litigation Associate Attorney who has familiarity with real estate litigation to join their thriving practice.

As a Business Litigation Associate
, you will work closely with partners and senior litigators on high-stakes litigation cases across a wide range of industries. You’ll manage complex litigation matters from pre-suit strategy through trial and appeal, including:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Arguing motions in state and federal court
• Taking and defending depositions
• Participating in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Supporting trial preparation and strategy

This is a full-time onsite role based in Century City, CA
, offering substantial client and courtroom exposure.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• 4+ years of experience
• Familiarity with real estate litigation
