Complex Litigation Attorney

Trial & Litigation Associate (3–7 Years)

Seeking a litigation associate to support civil and public‑agency matters from inception through trial. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery (including e‑discovery), handling depositions, developing evidence, and assisting with trial preparation.

• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and other law and motion filings
• Manage complex discovery, including electronic discovery
• Build and develop cases for trial, including witness interviews and evidence strategy
• Take and defend depositions
• Support all phases of litigation in state and federal courts

• 3–7 years of litigation experience (open to more senior candidates)
• Experience representing public entity clients, including familiarity with government claims procedures, constitutional and statutory defenses, and litigation involving cities, counties, and special districts
• Strong experience in motion practice, case development, and discovery management
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation matters

$180,000–$235,000 (flexible for more senior candidates)
