Bilingual Legal Assistant (Spanish / English)
About the RoleWe’re hiring a Bilingual Spanish Legal Assistant to support a busy immigration legal team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast‑paced office environment. If you are fluent in Spanish and English, worked with Immigration Law and comfortable working with clients and documents, we encourage you to apply.
What You’ll Do- Communicate with clients in Spanish and English
- Assist with documents, forms, and case organization
- Track appointments, deadlines, and case milestones
- Upload and manage files in a digital case system
- Support attorneys and paralegals with day‑to‑day tasks
- Help ensure cases move forward smoothly and on time
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and digital files
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office - Professional, client‑focused mindset
- Immigration Law Experience
