Litigation Associate

A top litigation boutique in Downtown LA is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of civil litigation experience
. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in high‑exposure defense matters and work alongside nationally recognized trial lawyers.

You will handle:

• Taking and defending expert and percipient witness depositions
• Drafting complex motions and litigation briefs
• Preparing and responding to written discovery
• Communicating directly with clients
• Assisting with trial preparation, including MILs, exhibit lists, and witness lists

• 2–5 years of civil litigation experience (products liability, catastrophic injury, and general negligence preferred)
• JD from a top law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Experience in a billable environment
• Ability to manage deadlines and work with a high‑energy, trial‑focused team

• Nationally recognized litigation defense practice
• Practice areas include products liability, transportation, medical device, pharmaceutical, commercial litigation, toxic tort, habitability, employment litigation, and more
• Billable requirement: 1,900 hours
• Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 remote
