We are representing a premier, trial-ready litigation boutique in Downtown Los Angeles seeking a high-caliber Patent Litigation Attorney. This is not a "back-office" role. Our client is known for taking complex cases to verdict, and they are currently preparing for several major patent trials.
Whether you are a seasoned trial hand or a litigation associate with a strong IP background looking to gain your first "stand-up" experience, this firm provides the platform to elevate your career.
The Ideal Candidate- Experience: 3–10 years of sophisticated patent litigation experience.
- Technical Skill: Strong brief writing, deposition experience, and a deep understanding of IP law.
- Trial Ready: A strong desire to be in the courtroom; prior trial experience is a major plus but not a requirement for the right candidate.
- Education: Exceptional academic credentials and CA Bar admission.
- Lower Billable Pressure: A manageable 1,800-hour requirement allows for a life outside the office.
- High-Stakes Work: Representing market leaders in high-profile, high-dollar disputes.

The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $250,000+. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
