As we continue expanding our Los Angeles practice, we are seeking an Associate Attorney with at least three years of litigation experience who is ready to take the next step. This is not a volume practice or a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll be given substantive responsibility, trusted judgment, and the opportunity to meaningfully develop your trial skills alongside seasoned litigators with national reputations.

This hybrid position requires 2–3 days per week in our Woodland Hills office, with flexibility based on trial schedules and case demands.

This role is designed for an associate who wants more than routine assignments and limited exposure.

• Compensation range $140,000, plus growth-based incentive bonuses

$140,000 yearly plus growth incentive bonuses

• Support all phases of complex litigation, from investigation and discovery through motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal memoranda with increasing responsibility
• Assist in preparing for and taking depositions of fact witnesses and experts
• Participate in case-strategy discussions and trial preparation alongside senior attorneys
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active, good-standing member of the California State Bar
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Clear, professional communication style and commitment to client service
• Desire to grow within a sophisticated, trial-focused practice
