This is a rare opportunity for an insurance defense attorney who wants to transition to contingency-based plaintiff work and build a long‑term trial career.

You will manage cases from intake through trial preparation, working alongside seasoned trial lawyers while developing autonomy early. The platform is entrepreneurial, performance‑driven, and built for attorneys who want ownership, not oversight.

This role is fully in‑office in Los Angeles, with frequent court appearances. The environment rewards initiative, preparation, and courtroom confidence. There is no billable hour requirement. Compensation reflects impact, not time entries.

• Plaintiff side complex litigation, including mass torts, environmental, consumer, and insurance bad faith matters
