Our client, a well-established and highly respected California family law firm, is seeking a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join their growing team. If you’re passionate about guiding individuals and families through some of their most challenging moments, this role offers the platform, resources, and flexibility you need to succeed.

• Manage a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, DVROs, and complex property division.
• Represent clients in all phases of litigation, from case strategy to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements with precision.
• Make court appearances as needed — no daily office commute required.
• Maintain compassionate, clear communication with clients throughout their case.

• JD and active membership with the California Bar
• 5+ years of family law experience
• CFLS certification is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of California family law and court procedures
• Excellent communication, organization, and case-management skills
• Must be a California resident

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$270,000 base annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
