Business Development Partner – Legal Industry; Commission-Based, Independent Contractor

We are seeking an independent Business Development Partner to introduce Fundicase as a resource to personal injury law firms and legal professionals.

This is a commission-based independent contractor role focused on building professional relationships within the legal industry.

• Introduce Fundicase LLC to personal injury law firms
• Build long-term referral relationships
• Represent the company professionally and accurately
• Use approved company materials and messaging

• Providing legal advice
• Negotiating funding terms
• Communicating directly with represented plaintiffs without attorney coordination
• Making promises regarding approvals or funding amounts
• Experience in legal marketing, PI firms, or litigation services
• Existing attorney relationships
• Professional, ethical, relationship-focused mindset

Commission paid per successfully funded case originating from referred law firm relationships.

Fundicase LLC works in full coordination with attorneys and provides non-recourse pre-settlement funding.
