Litigation Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Litigation Associate with 2-8 years of experience to join client's dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial disputes, civil disputes, habitability, and real estate cases. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and exposure to a variety of challenging legal issues.

• Manage a diverse caseload, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Assist in all phases of litigation, including case investigation, fact discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Research legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients on litigation matters.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations.
• Prepare and review contracts, documents, and correspondence related to litigation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial strategies and case management.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other court appearances.
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates on case progress.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-8 years of litigation experience in a law firm or relevant legal environment.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, legal research, and drafting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Admission to the state bar.

• Experience in any of the following areas: commercial litigation, employment law, real estate, intellectual property, or personal injury.
• Experience with e-discovery and case management software.
