Associate Attorney

A well-established and growing law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Defense Litigation Attorney with experience in employment law and/or education law
. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take ownership of meaningful, high-impact cases.

• Manage a caseload of defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
• Represent employers, school districts, and/or educational institutions in complex legal matters
• Draft and argue dispositive motions and attend court appearances
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California
• 3+ years of litigation experience
  , with a focus on employment law and/or education law preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Deposition and motion practice experience required; trial experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a deadline-driven environment

• Full-time, in-person role
• Salary range: $165,000-$200,000 annually + performance bonuses
