The position is based in Encino with a flexible hybrid structure (typically 3+ days in-office) and is ideal for a junior attorney looking to build depth in sophisticated commercial bankruptcy.

• Creditors’ committee and creditors’ rights representation
• Commercial Chapter 7, 11, and 13 matters
• Hands‑on litigation within bankruptcy proceedings
• Exposure to workouts, restructures, and judgment enforcement

• 35+ years exclusively representing creditors in commercial bankruptcy
