The work includes:

• Defending complex wage & hour class actions and PAGA representative claims
• Single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistle blower matters
• Counseling employers on California employment compliance and risk mitigation
• Taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and managing cases through trial

What you bring:

• 2+ years of California employment litigation experience at a large law firm
• Substantive class action and/or PAGA experience
• Strong legal writing and the ability to manage cases independently
