Job Description
Our law firm client is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney/ Partner to join its litigation team. This role involves handling sophisticated matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, representing businesses and individuals in complex disputes from pre-litigation through trial.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a full caseload of litigation matters independently
- Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Conduct court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Develop litigation strategy and provide practical legal counsel to clients
- Prepare cases for trial and participate in hearings and arbitrations
- J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar license in good standing
- 5+ years of litigation experience preferred
- Experience in General Business Litigation, Civil Litigation, and/or Criminal Defense required
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while working within a team-oriented practice
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $250,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
