This is a full‑time, on‑site Litigation Attorney role in downtown Los Angeles. The attorney will be responsible for managing litigation, including drafting motions, preparing and responding to discovery, conducting legal research, taking depositions, and representing clients in court. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the legal team and client to develop case strategies, preparing legal documents, and providing guidance to clients throughout the legal process.

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in the California state bar
• Experience in drafting and filing Motions and other legal pleadings
• Skilled in conducting Depositions and discovery procedures
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively in a dynamic legal environment
