Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Our client, a major firm in New York City, is seeking an experienced Conflicts Specialist to join their growing Conflicts team.
This role is critical to supporting lateral attorney hiring and new business intake by delivering accurate, timely conflicts analysis, including reviewing firmwide conflict submissions and preparing detailed reports using Intapp, internal systems, and independent online research
You will collaborate closely with attorneys, firm leadership, and the Conflicts team to gather and present accurate, actionable information, update internal records, retrieve engagement letters and waivers, and support new business intake, ethical walls, and client background checks.
Proficiency with Boolean search logic and online research tools and open to expanding skill set to include AML reviews, KYC checks, and broader client onboarding processes is highly preferred.
Legal conflicts-of-interest experience in a medium to large law firm are required, along with an understanding of domestic and international corporate structures and affiliated entities.
