About the FirmOur client is a leading plaintiff-side employment law firm dedicated to protecting employee rights across California. The firm handles cases involving wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and class actions.
Key Responsibilities- Handle all phases of employment litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Represent plaintiffs in cases involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and briefs, and manage case strategy.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
- 3+ years of experience in employment litigation.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $230,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
