Position: Trial & Litigation Associate (3–7 years)

Trial & Litigation Associate (3–7 years) Must-Have

Qualifications:

  • Experience representing cities, counties, or special districts
  • 3–7 years litigation experience in state/federal courts - (open to more senior)
  • Experience with public entity clients is a requirement, including familiarity with government claims procedures, constitutional and statutory defenses, and litigation involving cities, counties, and special districts
  • Knowledge of government claims procedures and constitutional/statutory defenses
  • Experience managing complex litigation, including electronic discovery and law and motion practice in both state and federal courts.
  • Proficiency in motion practice, case development, discovery management

Support civil/public-agency litigation with drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, deposition handling, and trial prep.
