In this role, you’ll support new product launches, post‑development optimization, and supplier execution across rhode’s portfolio, while operating within the broader e.l.f. Beauty sourcing framework. You’ll be hands‑on in day‑to‑day supplier management, deeply cross‑functional, and instrumental in ensuring our sourcing decisions support innovation, speed, and brand integrity.

What You’ll Do Sourcing & Execution

  • Support new product launches for rhode by coordinating supplier readiness, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to support post‑development optimization initiatives.
Supplier Relationship Management
  • Manage ongoing relationships with assigned suppliers, serving as a primary point of contact for day‑to‑day operational needs.
  • Support supplier negotiations by preparing cost analyses, benchmarks, and recommendations.
  • Assist in managing contractual terms related to pricing, capacity, and supply continuity, escalating issues as needed.
Innovation & Collaboration

  • Support supplier‑led innovation by tracking capabilities, samples, and development timelines.
  • Coordinate supplier participation in development and commercialization activities.
Global Alignment
  • Contribute to maintaining a diverse supplier base that supports category growth and brand requirements.
What You’ll Own
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across packaging, finished goods, and new categories as we grow.
  • Build, negotiate, and manage a diversified, global supplier network focused on quality, reliability, and partnership.
  • Identify and unlock cost‑savings opportunities without compromising quality, speed, or brand experience.
  • Partner closely with Product Development, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Operations to align supplier capabilities with innovation pipelines.
  • While primarily focused on rhode, help create sourcing infrastructure that can scale across brands, while preserving flexibility and creativity.
  • Lead risk assessment and mitigation planning related to supply continuity and geopolitical exposure.
  • Drive contract strategy, including MSAs, pricing agreements, and long‑term partnerships.
  • Influence enterprise planning by bringing visibility into market trends, commodity pricing, and supplier innovation.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Demand, Supply Chain, Operations, or other related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Supplier Management, or Procurement
  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing required, ideally within the beauty industry
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers and packaging suppliers, with a focus on partnership and relationship building
  • Strong financial and analytical aptitude, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent negotiation, influence, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly adaptable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and evolving business needs
  • A continuous improvement mindset, particularly across new product development processes and supplier management.
