Establish and implement operational workflows for new fleet launch sites, including repair scheduling, parts procurement, and hardware/software handoffs;
Train and onboard Fleet Support Specialists on SAP, Jira, Confluence, and standardized operational processes;
Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure fleet maintenance, safety, and repair standards are consistently met;
Coordinate with Fleet Operations, Engineering, Mission Control, and cross-functional teams to support successful site launches and fleet readiness;
Maintain accurate inventory, Bill of Materials (BOM), and launch documentation while supporting reporting and continuous process improvements
