Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Product Sourcing Engineer to lead a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers across product development. You will shape supply chain strategies, negotiate terms with suppliers, and partner with engineering, program management, and finance to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
You will work with the SoCal team to execute localization efforts, drive manufacturing BOM consolidation, and manage CAPEX during NPIs.
