Store Operations and Support

Responsibilities

• Provide support with inventory preparation and execution.
• Partner to assess store processes and procedures, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness and provide suggestions and solutions when appropriate.
• Maintain all supplies for office and facilities needs and grooming products for associates.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure all invoices are approved correctly and promptly.
• Support new and existing loss prevention procedures to reduce shrink and support all asset protection procedures.
• Coordinate engraving and embossing services.
• Ensure that incoming and outgoing merchandise are processed according to company regulations and standards.
• Read and execute transfer documents, shipping documents, alteration documents, inventory count sheets, UPS documents, sales tickets, invoices, etc.
• Control and replenish supplies as requested by the General and Department Manager.
• Demonstrate a true passion and respect for the product.

• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills preferred:
  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office; work around/with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs, and climb moderately using a ladder as trained under RL Health & Safety guidelines.
• Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.

Salary range: $18 - $26 hourly
